DALINC is a not-for-profit organization for Dubuque area libraries. DALINC is committed to providing an organized effort on the part of libraries and agencies in the tristate area to insure access to educational, informational, and recreational resources for all in its communities. DALINC members encourage, coordinate, and develop programs and services for librarians and other professionals in order for libraries to meet the educational, informational, and recreational needs of their communities.

While membership is open to all libraries in the Tri-State area (IA, WI, IL), membership fees must be paid to be considered a member of the group.  By paying a library membership fee, staff at the libraries may attend the monthly meetings and engage in decision-making for the group.  Only staff from member libraries may be officers of the organization.
